Big drive today, hooked up the van and travelled about 100 metres from the caravan park to the creek paddock, still have power and water and a much better view, some of the neighbours are a bit cheeky though, I left the car door open and a draught horse decided to have a look inside and give my steering wheel a good licking!
Put most of mine and Lucille' goods in the shop today, hopefully we will sell a bit of gear.
Did some volunteering this morning setting up power boxes and power outlets for all the campers that will be arriving here over the coming days, it is a long weekend here and the Woolshed is having its annual Heritage festival over the three days.

Hi Chris and Lucille,
ReplyDeleteYour top picture of the flood is very good. A picture of peace and tranquility while the flood itself causes so much damage.
Must mention a new device for making coffee we have bought for our trip. An AeroPress. Demonstrated to John and Jocelyn- they bought one too. Looking forward to travels without a coffee machine!!!
Happy sales.
Tony and Sue
Hello Tony and Sue,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the picture comments, by far the best shot I have taken on the trip, as for the coffee machine, well looks very impressive and compact too but Lucille said; "it won't froth my milk" so I guess we will stick with the espresso machine.
Funny how we campers love "roughing it" on the road!
Cheers Chris and Lucille
Hi Chris & Lucille, we hope you are both well? we are ok. Brian has to have a cat scan tomorrow & oncologist next Thurs, just precautionary. We feel sorry for you! how can you tolerate that temp. of 24. today when we went past Statewide at Prospect it was 9.Wish we were with you. Not very good prospects for Agfest starting tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteRegards, Margaret & Brian.
